New York Living: Re-Inventing Home

I always thought I would live in New York. Maybe not forever. The average southerner only makes it 18 months, after all. But Mom and Dad lived there, at least for a while, and we were very frequent visitors for my entire life.

As it turns out, I’m a small town girl through and through, but that doesn’t mean that I don’t still love heading to NYC to meet with my editor or, as I’ll be doing April 25 and 26, having my very first NYC book launch!

No doubt about it, New York living is different. The spaces can be smaller, but not only do we love a good cozy space, we also love to see how creative people get with them! Tub by the fireplace anyone? It’s genius!

Of course, not every New York space is small. Not at all.

But, no matter the size, it seems that New Yorkers know better than most anyone how to take advantage of every square inch in total style.

A fabulous new coffee table book, New York Living: Re-Inventing Home displays the ups and downs, highs and lows and ins and outs of city living at its finest. From a Brooklyn brownstone to a 5th Avenue Penthouse, this gorgeous book indulges our curiosity in how other people live.

If you’re a fan of city living–or simply a fan of seeing how other people live–make sure to pick up a copy for your coffee table!

Speaking of New York:

We’re so thrilled that the NYC Slightly South of Simple launch party on April 26, 2017 will be at Roxy Te’s gorgeous Society Social showroom. If you don’t know Roxy’s work, you will love, love, love her and her fabulous wares. We’d love to see you there and on April 25 at the 92nd Street Y!
