Good morning, everyone! If you had the day off yesterday, we hope you’re getting back into the swing of things today.

Nothing gets your living room in the swing of things quite like a cool coffee table. A simple glass one like this is one of our favorites in any room!

And a cool bamboo or lucite table with a touch of gold is as fabulous now as it ever was!

And a marble top? When paired with the perfect accessories, it’s always chic!

But, today, we aren’t just talking about coffee tables. We’re talking about what’s on our coffee table, thanks to the fabulous Sarah from 702 Park Project.

It’s always tough choosing how to decorate your own home, especially when you spend your days looking at so many fabulous examples of what you could choose. And the coffee table is no exception.

For us, books on the coffee table are totally mandatory. Mainly because, well, we love them!

Antique boxes are another all-time favorite. The right one can completely make a vignette.

And pairing a classic, beautiful piece like this antique box with something whimsical like the lobster is such a fun idea!

For our coffee table, we had a few things to keep in mind. The basic design scheme running throughout the house is calming neutrals, touches of nature like driftwood, hints of blue, splashes of gold and, overall, totally uncluttered. That’s why we decided to keep this coffee table pretty sparse, only adding a couple of books and these glass jars for height. We had originally thought of putting fun, funky gold candlesticks, but it seemed like too much gold against the table. We’re always changing things up, but that’s what it looks like for now!

What’s on your coffee table?
