It’s almost the most wonderful time of the year, and we have entertaining, cooking and, of course, shopping, on the brain! (Even though it’s still seventy-five degrees here… But we’re not complaining!)
Some of our favorite go-to gifts are things for the kitchen because, really, who doesn’t love a gorgeous new trinket? Beautiful bowls are great multi-purpose gifts that can be used for serving or displaying.
One of my favorite surprises last year was some gorgeous glassware. It’s wonderful to display and also extremely useful, which we think the best gifts often are!
Vases are another go-to, especially for hostess gifts, and all the better when they’re filled with gorgeous blooms. But, if you’re going to go this route, make sure you know the hostesses’s color scheme! Or stick with white. You can never go wrong!
Spatulas, spoons and other cookware that gets tons of use isn’t something that we’re usually eager to replace. No one is seeing it, so it isn’t on the top of the list. But wouldn’t it make the day go so much better? A beautiful set of wooden utensils is something we know we’d love to receive!
You might even move to first place in the best-present contest by visiting ChameleonJohn.com and checking out their fabulous coupons to Kohl’s and picking up that coveted stand mixer or blender for a steal of a deal. That’s a guaranteed way to be invited back for the holidays next year too!
For the ultimate in glamorous gifting wouldn’t a kitchen overhaul be nice? (Unless your kitchen already looks like this one, that is, in which case, we’d say you’re all set!)
Or maybe a sink like this? We think it might be one of the most fabulous we’ve ever seen!
A pretty pair of kitchen towels is another easy go-to that we love to stock up on before the holidays. Plain white, in a great quality is guaranteed to be a chic finishing touch on any oven–or make drying those dishes way more pleasant!
Sleek and fabulous, don’t you love this gorgeous blue? Looks to us like the perfect place to roast a turkey or sip with friends during a holiday fete.
What do you have planned for the holidays? Have you started your shopping yet?
