One of the most fun things about the interior design world is that there’s always something cool and fun and new to look forward to!
One of our favorite things? The House Beautiful Kitchen of the Year!
For the past nine years, since House Beautiful began its Kitchen of the Year, we have been wowed by what the incredible designers behind the kitchens have created.
It’s always fun to see what’s new, what’s next and what’s best in the world of kitchen design displayed in these yearly unveilings.
The good news is, we don’t have to wait too long to see 2016’s fabulous kitchen, designed by Matthew Quinn.
The 1,000 square foot kitchen in the Buckhead area of Atlanta was designed for immigration attorney Elizabeth Garvish.
The mother of eight-month old twins, Garvish needed a new kitchen that would align with her busy lifestyle.
We know that all of you can relate to that!
If you want to take a peek at what is sure to be a fabulous kitchen, the open house for this new space is Saturday, May 14th 11am – 4pm and Sunday, May 15th 12pm – 4pm.
Complimentary transportation will be provided to the Buckhead-area home from
the Ritz-Carlton Buckhead at 3434 Peachtree Road.

We can’t wait to see what gorgeous things Matthew comes up with for this fabulous project, which includes the kitchen, powder room, walk-in-pantry, bar, living space, mudroom entry, and covered porch design in a newly constructed home.
