We don’t know if it’s true that blondes have more fun. (Although, as a lifelong blonde, I could made a strong case for it!) But we’re pretty sure, if these gorgeous homes are any indication, that blonde wood make a house more fun.

Nothing says “party” quite like a beautiful bar. This one has so many fun elements and this chest is the perfect base. The mix of woods here is fabulous!

We’ve never seen anything quite like these blonde wood pendants! They are incredible and blend so well with the bar stools. Can we talk about these vases too? All we know is that we want them!

Hardwoods are obviously a perfect choice for kitchen style. We love them in a variety of shades, but we think a lighter flooring choice feels casual and fun. What do you think?

The great thing about using wood is that you really can’t go wrong when mixing and matching shades, stains and color tones. These rustic, distressed beams pair perfectly with the more refined wood below.

We are still loving the casual air farmhouse tables lend, even to more formal spaces. Paired with a natural fiber chair, it’s such a great look!

From bright bold, shades….

To more subdued tones or neutrals, every color pairs well with blonde wood!

We’re a little jealous of all this organization right by the back door. (It’s nearly impossible to believe, but I still don’t have that mudroom I’ve been thinking about for months…)

Shiny and fresh or raw and rustic, we love blonde wood any old way! Are you a fan?
Thanks so much for making Design Chic a part of your day! We love our readers!
