Obsessed with this DIY Cartoon Eyeball Halloween Wreath

As you have probably heard, Eastern North Carolina, my little corner of the world, was hammered by flooding last week and, though the flood waters are starting to recede, there is plenty of work to do! I’m donating 100% of the profits of the sale of Dear Carolina and Lies and Other Acts of Love between October 15 and November 1 to the amazing Mary’s Kitchen in Kinston, which does the paramount work of feeding the poor all year long and has been invaluable during these trying couple of weeks. They have no administrative costs, are completely volunteer run and all the money goes directly to the mission. (I’m donating for pre-orders of Slightly South of Simple too, but you have to email me at kristy@kristywoodsonharvey.com to tell me because I don’t have a way to see those sales!) It’s a great way to get a jump on your Christmas shopping–and I’m happy to send you a personalized book plate to the recipient of your choice!
