Oh my word, y’all! The countdown has officially begun: 10 Days Until Christmas Eve!
We guess everyone has their favorite parts of their holiday traditions, the special moments that mean the most to them.Â
And, yes, we get why Christmas Day is the star of the show. Santa has come, the Christ Child is born.
But there’s just something about Christmas Eve…
The waiting. The sense of sweet anticipation. The joy in the journey.Â
At our house, Christmas Eve is when the fancy china comes out, when the crystal shines, when the candles are lit.Â
There are party poppers, too, complete with silly crowns and fun games. But there is something about that dark and formal moment of Christmas Eve, the knowing that everything you’ve been waiting for all year is right around the corner, that has always held a special place in our hearts.
(The meringues with heath bar whipped cream topping aren’t bad either…)
If you’re starting to look toward Christmas, we hope these stunning table settings by Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles have sparked something in you.
We know that, right now, we are overflowing with table inspiration. We hope you are too!
Thanks so much for spending your holiday season with Design Chic! We love seeing you here all year long.Â
Still making your list and checking it twice? We’ve got you covered…
